Oleum, extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, bott. from 0.500 lt.
 The oleum is the most precious extra virgin of our oil mill, the olives to produce it are harvested as soon as they have turned, the pulp inside must not yet be ripe and the scent ebaceous, of green fruit.
 Do not expose it to light and never let it freeze, in summer keep it in a cool place and OLEUM will make your dishes unique.
