New oil tastings and local specialties.

The most important event of the autumn of S.Miniato happens at the Frantoio Sanminiatese of the Annessi family. With the festival of the new made oil we have the beginning of the production and many events celebrate the most important products of our land.

During these two days local specialties are available for tastings and it's even possible to visit the production plant.

New produced oil tasting, craft market and dinner with local products: tagliolini al tartufo or penne all'arrabbiata, white beans with the new oil.
